2. Handmade Products

Little Rae & Ivy products are carefully handcrafted. Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in appearance, stitching or fabric placement may occur. These differences form part of the character and uniqueness of each piece.

We make every effort to accurately display colours and details of our products; however, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

3. Memory Bear & Keepsake Items

Items created from garments supplied by customers, including memory bears and keepsake outfits, are bespoke pieces made from sentimental fabrics.

By sending garments to Little Rae & Ivy you confirm that the items belong to you and that you grant permission for them to be used in the creation of your keepsake.

Due to the personal nature of these items, memory bears and keepsake pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Customers are responsible for sending garments to us and covering the associated postage costs.

4. Pricing & Product Availability

All prices listed on the website are shown in GBP (£) and may change without notice.

As many items are handmade or produced in small batches, availability may be limited. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.

6. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location and production time.

For memory items, production begins once the garments have been received. Please allow the stated crafting time before dispatch.

Little Rae & Ivy is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can resolve the issue.

Memory bears and keepsake items created from customer garments are non-returnable as they are bespoke items.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

8. Product Use & Safety

Some Little Rae & Ivy products are designed as toys suitable from birth, while others (such as heirloom outfits and keepsake items) are intended for decorative or collectible purposes.

Please refer to the individual product descriptions for intended use.

Items marked as decorative or keepsake pieces are not intended as toys.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, text and content on this website are the property of Little Rae & Ivy and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.
