Refund policy

Each Little Rae & Ivy doll and outfit is lovingly handmade, making every piece unique. Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Memory bears and keepsake items created from customer garments are non-returnable, as they are made using fabrics supplied by you and are therefore completely bespoke.

Because each item is handmade, small variations are part of the character and charm of the piece.
