Processing Time

Many Little Rae & Ivy items are handmade or produced in small batches.

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 3–5 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

For memory bears and keepsake items, production will begin once your garments have arrived with us. Please allow up to 14 days for your piece to be carefully handcrafted before dispatch.

If there are any delays to your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom using a tracked postal service where possible.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location:

Estimated delivery within 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Sending Memory Garments

For memory bears or keepsake items created from your garments, customers are responsible for sending the clothing to us. Postage costs for sending these items are covered by the sender.

We recommend using a tracked postal service when sending sentimental items.

Once your garments have been received, we will begin creating your keepsake.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, Little Rae & Ivy cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or circumstances outside of our control.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs so we can resolve the issue.

If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the postal service to investigate.
